Sarros and Jane Doe Sarros, husband and wife, and the marital community thereof; and The Heirs at Law of James L. Sarros, deceased, and for judgment against said Defendants in the principal amount of $4,196.00, prejudgment interest of $426.12 and for costs and attorney’s fees totaling $4,104.12. The judgment accrues interes ton the principal and prejudgment interest, costs and attorney’s fees at the rate of 12% per annum; and
