The proposed project, Barrett Road Retail Site, is located at the intersection of Smith Rd and Barrett Rd in Ferndale , in Whatcom County.
This project involves 2.2 acres of soil disturbance for commercial construction activities.
The receiving water(s) is a roadside ditch along Barrett Rd.
Any persons desiring to present their views to the department of Ecology regarding this application may do so in writing within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice. Comments shall be submitted to the department of Ecology.
