Human rights conference on Saturday before MLK Jr. Day

BELLINGHAM ­— The 20th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Human Rights Conference will be held on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Whatcom Community College’s Syre Student Center, 235 W.
