Solutions table has been tabled

The continuing saga of flood mitigation without dredging is endless and tortuous. Apparently the term mitigation is not about solutions. It is about maintaining the problem so that bureaucrats can expand their domain at taxpayers’ expense. I made this discovery on May 17  when I tuned in by Zoom to the monthly Council Water Work Session….
