Dale R. Rockey, age 94, of Bellingham, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024 in Bellingham.
A memorial reception will be held Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024, 1 p.m., at the Chuckanut Fire Station, 686 Chuckanut Drive, Bellingham.
