Elinor Ingeborg Johnson Bailey, 97, of Ferndale, passed away on Sept. 1, 2016. She was born Feb. 22, 1919 in Seattle to Bror Otto Johnson and Lean Naslund Johnson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the United Church, 2034 Washington St. in Ferndale. Private interment will be at Greenacres Cemetery.
