Hubert N. “Herb” Belanger, age 95, passed away on Jan. 12, 2019, in Bellingham. He was born Nov. 24, 1923, in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie, of Ferndale.
A memorial mass will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, March 8, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5781 Hendrickson St., Ferndale.
