Joyce Pugh Millet

Screen Shot 2016-05-10 at 2.48.20 PM  Joyce Venita Poulsen Pugh Millet was born on Oct. 4, 1941, in Preston, Idaho, to Harold Jens Poulsen and Velma Christina Keller. She was the second of five children: Anna Marie (Darwin) Jolley, Alenda (deceased), Bart (Dodi) Poulsen and Marla (Ron) Atkinson.
  On Dec. 28, 1962, Joyce married Warren Sidney Pugh. The family grew to include four sons: Warren Kelly, Ryan Grant (deceased), Roger Alan and Troy Jens. Three daughters-in-law and grandchildren filled out the family: Wendy (Folsom) Pugh: Curtis, Aleisha (Andrew) Honeyman, Jaleyna (serving an LDS mission in Charleston, West Virginia), Haden (deceased), Britney and Taylor; Leanne (Irwin) Pugh: Samantha, April, Ryan and Robert; and Leslie (Calabio) Pugh: Christian, Anna and Emily.
  On July 4, 2006, Joyce married Lorin Edward Millet. Ed’s siblings, children and grandchildren were welcomed into the family: William (Janet), Robert (Linda), Clark (Diane) and Jane (Michael) Bryson; Lori (David) Sudweeks: Sawyer, Kelsie, Dylan, Nicole and Kylie; Joette (Thomas) Manning: Madison, Austin and Savannah; Michael Millet: Alan and Alana; Eric Millet; Thomas (Jamie) Millet: John, Gregory, Kyalynn, Thomas and Stryker.
  Joyce passed away on May 9, 2016, in Ephrata. Funeral services will be at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ephrata, 1301 E. Division St., on May 14 at noon following a viewing at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at the Preston City Cemetery in Preston, Idaho, next to her son, Ryan, on May 16 following services in the Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 E., Preston, at 10 a.m.
