Kyle Erdmann

  Our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend Kyle Erdmann passed away on July 4, 2021 in Seattle, WA during a courageous battle with cancer.
  Kyle was born in Bellingham, WA on December 21, 1979 to Steve and Lori Erdmann.
  A lifetime resident of Whatcom county he graduated from Lynden High School in 1998 and Bellingham Technical College in 2003.
  Kyle briefly worked for Lynden Christian Healthcare Center and Louws Truss before moving on to work for Lynden Door Inc for the next 17 years.
  He worked through his cancer battle until he could no longer.
  Kyle loved the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners. He had a love for sports, playing softball every summer. He never missed watching the Superbowl with his best friend, Tyler.
  He also loved camping, barbequing, furniture building, and making his own beef jerky.
  Kyle loved children, he always wanted to be a dad. He was affectionately known as “Uncle Kyle” to many children whom he helped raise and care for.
  He had a big heart and was selfless, always helping others. He was a true friend and lighthouse in any storm.
  He is proceeded in death by his father and grandparents. Survived by his mother Lori Buford, sister Kristina Erdmann as well as extended family.
  Kyle will be dearly missed as he was family to so many of his friends. He had 4 best friends; Stephanie Wade, April Krause, Marie Butler and Tyler Anderson.
  Kyle stayed strong and courageous through his cancer battle.
  Having beat cancer in 2006 he was confident he would again. He lost his life as a result of the treatment. He never gave up or lost hope, truly an inspiration to all.
  A Celebration of his Life Will be held on Sunday July 18, 2021 at Squalicum Boat House at Zunich Park in Bellingham WA from 1-4pm. Seahawks and Mariners attire is encouraged in honor of Kyle’s love for both teams.
