The proposed project, Barrett Road Retail Site, is located at the intersection of Smith Rd and Barrett Rd in Ferndale , in Whatcom County.
This project involves 2.2 acres of soil disturbance for commercial construction activities.
The receiving water(s) is a roadside ditch along Barrett Rd.
