Non-exclusive revocable franchise agreement with Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC to construct, maintain, repair and operate a cable system within the City.

The City of Ferndale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed comprehensive plan amendments described below. Pursuant to Section 14.15.050 of the Ferndale Municipal Code the following notice is provided to inform the community of the pending hearing.
