Louise Tyler

  Louise “Tiny” Marie Tyler, age 85, entered into rest on Dec. 28, 2020, in Bellingham. She was born on Oct. 13, 1935, in Bellingham, WA to Henry and Frances (Buckenmeyer) Zender. Tiny attended Mount Baker High School and graduated in 1953. On Sept. 25, 1954, at Columbia Valley Catholic Church Tiny married her high school sweetheart, Ron Tyler.
  Tiny was very active with multiple organizations including Little League, Blue Birds, Campfire Girls, Berry Boss, Lady Auxiliary and Foothills Food Bank. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church of Deming. Being faithful, selfless and giving, Tiny was a legend and always supportive to her friends and family. If anyone needed a prayer, Tiny was the one to call.
  She is survived by her sons, Mike Tyler and Daniel (Teresa) Tyler; daughters Rhonda (Dwight) Hogue and Debbie George; sister Kathleen (Frank) Cain and sister-in-law Lois Zender; grandchildren Shawna (Tyler) Sletvik, Whit (Nichelle) Tyler, Tiffany (Miguel) Ramirez, Katelyn (Nick) Tyler, Danielle Tyler, Garrett (Hailey) Hogue, Mallory (Hunter) Hogue, Jennifer (Jeremiah) Johnny, JC (Rachael) George, Jessica (Cyrus) Atkinson, Jerrid (Jessica) George and Jerremy (Teanna) George; great-grandchildren Zachary, Devin, Arcadia, Kardan, Addison, Benjamin, Chance, Elias, Marcques, Trenton, Jaxson, Jayden, Gabriella, Nona, Sophia and Bodie. Tiny is also survived by a special “honorary” granddaughter, Amanda (Jared) Goodwin, and grandchildren Kayla and Mason.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Tyler, in 1995; parents, Henry and Frances Zender; son-in-law Jeff George; sisters Angela, Ida, Agnes, Frances, Lucille (Tip), Helen and Rose; and brothers Joseph and Henry.
  A private mass will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, with a graveside service at St. Peter’s Cemetery on Heady Road.
  Memorial contributions may be made in Louise’s name to St. Peter’s Catholic Church and Cemetery or the Foothills Food Bank.
