Vernon Ray Armstrong of Bellingham, formerly of Ferndale, passed away on Feb. 21, 2019.
He was born in Goodland, Kansas, on March 10, 1953.
He was a Jewish Christian with Holocaust survivor history.
He is survived by two daughters, Bekki and Karen.
