Conference is on all aspects of home gardening

BELLINGHAM — The title of a Feb. 8 conference at Bellingham Technical College is “Resilient Gardening in Western Washington.” Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is the 22nd annual WSU Whatcom County Master Gardener regional winter event.
