Karen Lea Stroud had the most beautiful heart and soul. She entered a room with a one-of-a-kind contagious smile and magically she made each person feel special. Karen was a devoted and loving mother to her daughters Jennifer Kristen, Lisa Marie and Barbara Jean. There was not a day that would go by when she didn’t speak of her abundant love for her girls.
Her brothers Ed and Danny Stroud, her sisters Shaunna Michelle and Lisa Zane, filled her heart and life with love and support.
Along with her daughters, brothers and sisters, Karen had five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
Karen was born July 17, 1952 in Sacramento, California and passed away Monday, Aug. 7, 2023 at her home in Ferndale.
All those who knew Karen were very blessed to have experienced her immense love and laughter. She was our sweet earth angel and now has wings to become our guardian angel.
