Lillian Tetrick

Lillian Tetrick, 95, returned to her heavenly home on April 16, 2017 in Spokane, Washington.

Lillian was born to the late Jessie and Joseph Holodnick in Wilton, North Dakota, on Jan. 20, 1922. She was blessed with two sisters, Perl and Mary, and three brothers, Peter, John and Joseph. From a young age, hard work was something her parents taught on the family farm. Lillian’s work ethic there led her to being a successful student and later a successful career woman. She devoted her life career to helping others. She worked for Purple Cross Insurance for over 50 years and was a recipient of several awards throughout her successful career serving four counties.

Lillian’s favorite place on earth was located in her yard at her residence in Ferndale. It was there she found solace in “God’s Garden” where she found the comfort of God’s heart and the comfort of her son, Joseph Michael.

Lillian was preceded in death by her son, Joseph M. Tetrick.

She is survived by daughter-in-law Dianne Tetrick; granddaughter Angela Rogers and great-grandson Tyler Rogers; nephew Jim Griffith, sister-in-laws Claudia Cross and Linda Hunt.

Rosary was held on Monday, April 24, in the Rose Chapel of Hennessey Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division St., Spokane. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, April 25, in St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Spokane.

Her last message…HALLELUJAH!
