Resource Center collecting used costumes

FERNDALE — The Ferndale Resource Center is collecting gently used Halloween costumes.    Drop-off locations are the Resource Center at 5694 Second Ave. Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or at the Visitor Center at 2007 Cherry St. Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m….
